We'll choose a location and direction that fit your energy, whether that's barefoot in a field, tucked into a dark bar, wandering downtown, or somewhere completely unexpected.

You don't need to know what to do with your hands or show up with a list of poses saved to your phone. That's my job. I'll give you direction when you need it, then let the two of you fall into your own rhythm. We'll move, laugh, get close, wander off-script, and make photographs that feel less like a photoshoot and more like a night you happened to bring me along for. Romantic can be soft and quiet. It can also be messy hair, neon lights, boots in the dirt, or a drink at your favorite bar. We'll make it yours.
PLANNING YOUR SESSION
LOCATION.
A field at sunset, a dark bar, downtown streets, a motel, your favorite date-night spot, or somewhere we probably weren't originally thinking of for photos. We'll choose a setting that feels like the two of you.
WHAT TO WEAR.
Your outfits help set the tone. I'll help with colors, textures, and styling so everything works with the location and the feeling we're creating without looking overly coordinated.
THE VIBE.
Soft and romantic, playful and nostalgic, dark and cinematic, or somewhere in between. You don't need to fit into one version of what couples photos are supposed to look like. We'll build the session around you.
MAKE IT A DATE.
MAKE A NIGHT OF IT
Your session doesn't have to be an hour of standing somewhere pretty while I take pictures of you.
Grab a drink. Split a pizza. Wander through town. Play pool. Bring the truck. Go somewhere you already love or let me turn an ordinary place into part of the story.
The more you have something to do together, the less you'll think about the camera. That's usually when everything starts to feel like you.
WHEN TO BOOK
You don't need an anniversary, engagement, or special occasion to book a couples session. Sometimes wanting photographs of this version of the two of you is reason enough.
If you have a specific date, season, or location in mind, booking early gives us more flexibility. Fall tends to fill quickly, while spring and summer give us longer evenings to chase golden hour all the way into blue hour.
COUPLES PHOTOGRAPHY THROUGHOUT CENTRAL TEXAS
I'm based in La Grange, Texas and photograph couples throughout Fayette County and surrounding Central Texas communities, including Round Top, Bastrop, Smithville, Giddings, Columbus, Brenham, and beyond.
But don't let a city limit decide where we go. A backroad, your favorite bar, an old motel, a family property, or somewhere completely ordinary can become the setting. If you have an idea, I want to hear it.
